Cooking for Sichuan
On Saturday, 31st May 2008 at the Grand Stanford Hong Kong, Chef Martin Yan and Chef Leung Fai Hung team up to raise funds for the Sichuan relief efforts. All proceeds or HK$ 402,552 has already been donated by Cooking for Life to the Hong Kong Red Cross Relief Operations for the Sichuan Earthquake affected areas (see below two letters) :
